Damn this time i don't get to make up bullshit for the sake of making up bullshit.

I think everyone knows what happened in Dunkirk, but this time we are not in dunkirk but rather in the western-most part of the defensive perimeter, going some kilometers into Belgium, as you can clearly see from the very belgian sounding names of the various towns.

The British troops in this area are tasked with delaying the German troops, that are now resuming operations after the halt order issued by german high command, to safeguard the only lifeline out of the continent.

Informations générales/General Informations
xx.Redfor and greenfor both fall under Allied Command - meaning that at the end of the game their points have to be pooled together
xx.Only belgians count for the red capzone and only brits count for the green capzone
xx.The vickers machine gun in Allied Command can be assigned to the faction leader to any squad he likes (on the proviso that they join another squad and don't go around like a 2 man rambo squad)
xx.British Mech Platoon had to abandon their bren carriers in the escape from Belgian frontlines, they can find replacements abandoned at the "Wrecked Mech Platoon" marker
xx.German Mech Platoon has ran out of fuel due to advancing too far, they will have to wait for platoon 3 to bring them their two fuel trucks
xx.If Allied Command relinquishes the Belgian objective without a fight, it will suffer a diplomatic loss (forfeit loss of mission for side leader)

It's the future, and the technocrats from silicon valley succeded in forcing everyone into the metaverse™ grift after having built The Machine™ that blurs the line between the virtual and the real world, making it so that every living being has to pay monthly fees to be allowed most basic human tasks, such a breathing™, walking™ and breeding®.

Wars™ are also fought differently now because of The Machine™; teleportation devices (The Metaport™) have become real allowing people (and soldiers) to instantenously move to a pre-mapped location.

Despite what most technocrat-controlled media says, The Metaport™ is however very dangerous and can only be tackled when wearing a special VR™ Suit™. The large quantities of radiations remain incredibly dangerous even when wearing the VR™ Suit™, so who knows what exotic kinds of genetic diseases anyone using it (and their offspring, if rich enough) will have to live with.

Luckily the technocrats sending YOU™ to war to fight for their own interests don't expect anyone to live long enough for the genetic diseases to really matter anyways.

Informations générales/General Informations
xx.There are no vehicles at each spawn. To get to the fight, the troops will have to take a trip through the teleporter and possibly commandeer civilian vehicles.
xx.ALL civilian vehicles on the mainland are marked. Each marker has enough vehicles for 2 squads worth of transport.
xx.The island with the objective is full of civilian vehicles where you'd expect them, so they aren't marked.
xx.6 (or 4) players advantage for the objective means that factions only get points if they have 6 (or 4) players MORE than the other faction inside the capzone. If its contested, nobody gets points
xx.Every soldier has a suppressed weapon except for machinegunners, autoriflemen and bluefor marksmen. Basic Riflemen have extensible ladders.
xx.There are land bridges connecting the obj. island (visible in the zoomed tac-map) that can be crossed with vehicles.
xx.Of the MRAPs to the east, the armed ones unlock after 5 minutes, and the transports contain ammunition as per the marker.
xx.EXPLANATION FOR THE TELEPORTER:
• Only squad leaders can interact with the teleporter
• Upon interacting with the teleporter, the squad leader will be prompted with a pad, letting him write out the coordinates.
• The coordinates are in the same format as the GPS (xxxyyy). So, if you want to teleport to grid square 190 106, you simply type "190106".
• When pressing enter, you will be teleported to the selected grid square, as long as its within your mapped out zone*.
• You, together with everyone else inside the teleporter (inner circle), will be teleported at a random spot near the middle the grid square, scattered inside of a 15m radius circle.
• *The randomly selected spot will be used to check if you're inside the valid zone, so when choosing edge grid squares you might get rejected because of RNG

Finland, 1950
After Finland won the finnish winter war so hard that they lost 11% of their land to the soviet union, the finns were unhappy how the allied nations just stood there watching.
Not content with just one victory, they went ahead and won the continuation war as well, but as they clear up all the mines in their waters and rebuilt their destroyed nation, the finns were unhappy how the allied nations betrayed them and their only friends were the good people of Nazi Germany.

Now its the start of the cold war, tension between the communist world and the western nations are high, following disputes regarding the western held territory of west berlin.
So when the soviet union came knocking, wanting finland to "sign a treaty of friendship and brotherhood", the finns simply accepted.

Worried about their position in the arctic sea deteriorating, the allied nations further escalated conflict with the soviet union. After only a week of the treaty being signed, all filo-soviet nations got kicked from the fledgling united nations, and promptly created a new group called "The Krakow Pact".

With entire army groups of the red army ready to move in to turn finland into a fortress, the allied nations led by the British launch an invasion of finland.

Finland, who can't stop winning, decides to finally take up arms against the true enemy: the anglo-saxons.

xx. IMPORTANT REDFOR SPAWN NOTES:
• The british army gliders will spawn on the ground like in regular missions.
• At warmup end, the gliders will get teleported to about ~700m up in the sky with ~200kph horizontal speed (to be tweaked upon further testing).
• The gliders REQUIRE a pilot, else they'll plummet to the ground (whatever gliders have no crew onboard will NOT be teleported).
• All redfor squads go on the gliders.
• Gliders will enter into a death dive when surpassing a certain speed (will update this upon further testing)
• If a glider were to blow up uncerimoniously for whatever reason, the people inside shall be respawned.
xx.OBJECTIVES:
• The railway bridge can be blown up by anyone, and will be 3 actions lasting 15 seconds EACH, with the bridge exploding 20 seconds after the end of the last action (run away)
• Due to confidentiality, the russian comms can only be tampered and restored with (via action) by:
Platoon Commanders, Platoon Sergeants, Section Commanders and Section 2ic (AND ANY EQUIVALENT FRENCH AND FINNISH SLOTS)
xx.The balance for the defenders takes into account a nearly-full platoon 1. For this reason, small groups (<6) may be denied slots in FINNISH PLT 1.
I will not accept any balance criticism if the finnish side leader allows platoon 1 to be made up by small teams.
xx.Camping one of the amphibious tanks in the sea to shoot from safe distance from AT weapons is FORBIDDEN and will be punished following regular OFCRA rules

xx.If you want to request a change in balance, you must commit to the side that gets weaker as a result of such change

While it would've been cooler to have dakotas tow the glider in location, that would have
1. massively increased the complexity, which would've no doubt lead to big problems on game night
2. been a problem for the pilots of the dakotas
3. completely wrecked the timings with the larger defending force coming in from the south, turning it into a bit of a suicide.

The following is an open letter from Italian intellectual Massimo Lollo, author of best seller "La mia battaglia":

I read Emanuele Rigel's article about Switzerland's refusal to collaborate to strike back on the undisciplined swiss citizens
But this is not the only picture of behavioral disparities.

For work I commute from Milan Metro to Como by car.
Well on the way back, in the evening around 8pm, it is "normal" to be overtaken at breakneck speed by big engined cars with Swiss license plates. And if you don't move, someone even passes you on the right, especially on Friday evenings when they go out to do the nightlife in Milan where they probably do what they would be afraid to do at home.

But how? At their house they go at 90 km/h and are careful not to slam the door and, as they arrive in the Bel Paese, alè: land of no rules. And here they whiz by at 200 and more.
(I checked last Friday, on multiple cars).
Poor things, you could almost understand them! At home they are kept "on a leash" and here, feeling protected by the Swiss niet, they let off steam.

It's a shame that if we try to behave like this in their home... if you don't pay the fine you won't leave. It is better, in this case, to have a credit card which they accept on the road rather than returning on foot.

Thanks for the space director, but do we always have to be the "beaten and cuckolded" ones?

French fries (North American English), chips (British English and other national varieties), finger chips (Indian English), french-fried potatoes, or simply fries are batonnet or allumette-cut deep-fried potatoes of disputed origin from Belgium or France.
