Kashmir, 2019
On 27 February 2019, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) conducted six airstrikes at multiple locations in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir. In return Indian Para Special Forces have established forward observation posts inside the Pakistan administered Kashmir. Back in Islamabad, the generals of the Pakistan Army convince themselves that the only way to prevent loss of face would be a total and complete counter attack to both rid the border of the Indian Paras and also inflict enough damage to make sure the deterrent is re-established.
