Avril 2013 - République de Chernarus, région de Lusianka, Novodmitrovsk.
Au début de l'année 2011, la petite région de Lusianka s'est rebellée contre le pouvoir central de Chernarus. Depuis, un conflit sanglant fait rage entre deux entités : les forces nationales supportées par plusieurs pays occidentaux et les forces indépendantistes, supportées elle-même par plusieurs anciennes républiques socialistes soviétiques. Le conflit n'a connu presque aucun répit depuis février 2011, et les victimes civiles sont hautes. La presse internationale et plusieurs ONG font état de 25 000 morts, et plus du triple ont décidé de quitter la région, voir le pays. Les deux camps se rejettent mutellement la faute, et il est difficile de désigner un seul coupable.

Récemment, les forces nationales sont parvenues à repousser les forces rebelles dans leur dernier bastion : la ville de Novodmitrovsk. Le moral reste haut dans les deux camps, les uns comme les autres refusent de céder la victoire. Les événements de cette nouvelle journée de combat vont changer le cours de cette guerre, et bientôt il sera temps de faire le bilan des pertes. Une question est déjà entrain de se répandre parmi les protagonistes : est-ce que le coût en valait vraiment la peine ?

April 2013 - Republic of Chernarus, region of Lusianka, Novodmitrovsk
In early 2011, the small region of Lusianka rebelled against the central power of Chernarus. Since then, a bloody conflict has raged between two entities: the national forces supported by several Western countries and the separatist forces, supported themselves by several former Soviet socialist republics. The conflict has had almost no respite since February 2011, and civilian casualties are high. The international press and several NGOs have reported 25,000 deaths, and more than triple that number have decided to leave the region, or even the country. Both sides are accusing each other for the crimes, and it is difficult to single out a one culprit.
Recently, the national forces managed to push the rebel forces into their last stronghold: the city of Novodmitrovsk. Morale remains high on both sides, both are refusing to yield victory. The events of this new day of combat will change the course of this war, and soon it will be time to do a summary of the losses. A question already spreading in the protagnists' minds: was the cost really worth it?

L'Aquila, July 2009

At the 35th G8 summit, Gaddafi publicly called for the dissolution of Switzerland, its territory to be divided among France, Italy and Germany. To attempt to ease the tension between the countries and get the release of the two Swiss businessmen, Swiss President Hans-Rudolf Merz went to Tripoli in August 2009 to apologize for the arrests. This was criticized by the Swiss press and public, with numerous calls for his resignation.

In February 2010, Gaddafi called for an all-out Jihad against Switzerland in a speech held in Benghazi on the occasion of Mawlid. Gaddafi in reference to the Swiss ban on minarets described Switzerland as an "infidel harlot" and apostate. He called for a "jihad by all means", defining jihad as "a right to armed struggle", which he claimed should not be considered terrorism.

In late 2011, as Nato bombs were falling on the Lybian desert, Germany decided to pick up on Gaddafi's proposal, considering a majority of switzerland speaks a dialect of German and its inclusion would boost the german economy even further. Italy and France decided to intervene too, attacking switzerland in its back and taking their fair share of land. Not satisfied with germany getting the lion share of the economic spoils, the two nations allied together to chip away at Germany's gains.

Afrique Sub-Saharienne, 2034
Nous sommes en 2034. L'OTAN n'existe plus après un conflit conventionnel limité entre les États-Unis et la Chine, où les grandes puissances européennes refusent de répondre à l'appel des Américains à l'article 5 du traité. Le monde a maintenant de nouveaux blocs de pouvoir. Le groupe des cinq yeux a été réformé et les États-Unis ne peuvent plus prétendre à une véritable solidarité avec le Royaume-Uni, le Canada, l'Australie et la Nouvelle-Zélande comme principaux alliés. Entre-temps, cette opportunité d'indépendance géopolitique n'a pas été perdue pour l'Union européenne qui a centralisé le pouvoir et se présente comme l'alternative à l'hégémonie mondiale anglo-chinoise ou russe. Cependant, cette paix ne peut durer très longtemps. Le prix des énergies fossiles et les migrations record entraînent de plus en plus d'interventions des grandes puissances en Afrique sub-saharienne. Ce n'est qu'une question de temps avant que leurs intentions ne se croisent et qu'un conflit n'éclate. Qui sera le vainqueur ?

Sub Saharan Africa, 2034
The year is 2034. NATO is no more after a limited conventional conflict between the USA and China where the major European powers refuse to answer Americans call to Article 5 of the treaty. Now the world has new power blocks. Five eyes has been reformed and now the USA can only claim to truly stand with the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand as its primary allies. Meanwhile this opportunity for geopolitical independence was not lost to the European Union who centralised power and how present themselves as the alternative to Anglo, Chinese or Russian global Hegemony. However, this peace cannot last for very long. The price of fossil fuels and record migration is causing more and more intervention by the great powers in sub-Saharan Africa. It is only a matter of time before their intentions cross and conflict occurs. Who will be the victor?

Normandie, Juin 1944
En préparation du jour J, un petit groupe d'alliés est parachuté en Normandie, afin d'augmenter les chances de succès de ce qui sera le plus grand assaut amphibie de l'histoire. Leur objectif principal est de neutraliser le faible radar allemand, pour lequel ils ont amené 3 spécialistes radar afin de le détruire complètement. Lors du débarquement, ils apprennent de leur contact dans la résistance française que l'augmentation des échanges radio a alerté les Allemands de la petite présence française dans la ville de Sainfoin. Un raid est prévu et les cibles principales sont le VIP français et la radio volée à l'enemi.

Normandy, June 1944
In preparation for d-day, a small allied group paradrops in Normandy, in order to increase the chances of success of what is going to be the largest amphibious assault in history. Their main objective is to neutralize the weak german radar, for which they brought 3 radar specialists to thoroughly destroy it. Upon landing, they learnt from their contact in the french resistance that the increased radio chatter alerted the germans to the small FR presence in the town of Sainfoin. A raid is expected and the main targets are the FR vip and the stolen radio.

Mars 2025 - Mer Noire, à quelques kilomètres de la côté Roumaine
Après avoir frappé les italiens et les allemands dans le nord de l'Italie, les russes se sont repliés en Roumanie pour éviter le bombardement constant des forces de l'OTAN. Quelques semaines plus tard, les italiens ont retrouvé leurs esprits et veulent se venger. Leur contre-attaque porte principalement sur la Hongrie et la Roumanie, actuellement occupées. Après avoir effectué un débarquement naval réussi, les italiens tentent d'acquérir une base radar récemment réhabilitée. Ce faisant, cela aiderait grandement la suprématie aérienne des forces de l'OTAN. Malheureusement pour eux, leur élément de reconnaissance a été pris en embuscade par des partisans et le convoi partiellement détruit. L'officier de reconnaissance est blessé mais peut encore être utile pour le reste des forces. Les deux factions tentent également d'acquérir le port principal. Celui-ci sera d'une grande utilité pour réapprovisionner la force de combat.

March 2025 - Black sea, a few kilometers away from the Romanian coast
After slaping the Italians and the Germans in Northern Italy, the Russians fell back into Romania to avoid the constant bombing of NATO forces. A few weeks later, the Italians have recovered their spirits and want revenge. Their counterattack mainly focuses on Hungary and Romania, which are currently occupied. Having performed a successful naval landing, the Italians are trying to acquire a recently rehabilitated radar base. In doing so, this would greatly help the air supremacy of NATO forces. Unfortunately for them, their recon element was ambushed by partisans and the convoy partially destroyed. The recon officer is hurt but can still be of use for the rest of the forces. Both factions are also trying to acquire the main harbour. This will be of great use to resupply the fighting force.
